Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service areas before and after meal service. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure compliance with health regulations. Handle food safely, following proper hygiene practices during all stages of food preparation and serving. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in food preparation, serving, or barista roles is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
