We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and assisting with menu selections.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with sanitizing tables, utensils, and kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while adhering to company policies. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials to provide accurate information to guests. Exhibit excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising service quality. A willingness to learn about the menu offerings and kitchen operations is essential.
