As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations for upselling items. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as required, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely order fulfillment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food service standards.

Skills

Background in hospitality with excellent guest service skills. Experience in restaurant settings is an asset, with knowledge of food service operations. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. Smart Serve Certificate must be completed
