Summary of Experience

Must have prior restaurant experience, minimum of 2 years

Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly in a friendly and efficient manner. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Clear and reset tables in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly. Uphold high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down stations, restocking supplies, and performing side work. Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Continuously develop knowledge of the restaurant's menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems.
