We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns regarding the menu or dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and utensils throughout the shift. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive timely service.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or guest services within the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cash handling is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
