Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing cash transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills. The Server will be a key part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and serving Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction Uphold sanitation standards by cleaning tables, utensils, and work areas regularly

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus Experience in customer service, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation practices is beneficial Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing transactions accurately Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$21.36 per hour
