We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced food industry environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, checking back frequently to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience through effective communication and teamwork. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all patrons. Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; training will be provided for those without experience. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
