Summary

We are seeking a passionate Server to join our team at Bait Sitty Middle Eastern Cuisine. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information about our menu, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items and specials. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Manage multiple tables while ensuring timely service. Collect payments and process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential. Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
