We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, taking orders, and assisting guests with menu selections. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while upselling items when appropriate. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest services. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of sanitation practices within a kitchen setting is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
