Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Koto. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing high-quality Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Uphold health and safety standards in food handling.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Excellent time management abilities Knowledge of food safety practices Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Basic math skills for handling transactions. Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
