Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced food industry environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food safety.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Skills

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on guest services. Strong upselling skills to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Proficient in cash handling practices with basic math skills for accurate transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. A commitment to hospitality with a friendly demeanor that creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus.
