Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Part-time to start with, but with options to move to full-time in the future. Morning & evening availability is a must.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Your ability to engage with customers, deliver food and beverages efficiently, and maintain a positive atmosphere will contribute significantly to the restaurant and our guests experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate. Prepare and serve food and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Handle cash transactions responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Provide attentive guest services throughout the dining experience, checking in on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction. Bartend for yourself on slower days. Bartending experience is a huge asset but we are willing to train. Handle large bus tours in the mornings.

Experience

Previous experience in food service/hospitality is REQUIRED Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus, along with an understanding of restaurant operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. A proactive approach to upselling menu items while assisting guests in making informed choices.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
