Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and explaining daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with the sanitization of tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests with dietary restrictions or preferences. Uphold high standards of hospitality by being attentive to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.

Pay: $17.40-$20.22 per hour
