Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders with attention to detail and accuracy. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and drinks. Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Handle payments and process transactions efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or server role is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Speaking Vietnamese is an asset.
