Position Overview:

As a Server at Hello Nori, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing outstanding service to our guests. We're looking for team members who have a strong work ethic, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and a commitment to ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. This is an incredible opportunity to grow within our dynamic team that brings its expertise from Vancouver, where Hello Nori was first born.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a positive and friendly attitude. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the dishes. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. Ensure a clean and organized dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu changes. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests' satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge or interest in Japanese cuisine is a plus. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Ability to lift and carry trays and work on your feet for extended periods.
