You'll be expected to greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and deliver food and beverages with care and efficiency. A genuine interest in hospitality, strong communication skills, and pride in excellent service are essential for this role.
Duties
Welcome and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
Guide guests through the menu by clearly explaining food and beverage options.
Take orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen.
Check in with guests throughout their visit and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and organized manner.
Keep the dining area clean, orderly, and properly set, including tables and service items.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to support seamless service.
Process payments and handle cash or card transactions with accuracy and care.
Requirements
Prior experience in hospitality or food service is an asset, though not mandatory.
A guest-focused mindset with a strong sense of professionalism and care.
Comfort with handling payments, bills, and basic calculations accurately.
Awareness of food safety and cleanliness standards is beneficial.
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-moving service environment.
Clear, respectful communication skills when working with guests and teammates.
