As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the Micros POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and service. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in serving or hospitality roles is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
