As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols throughout the service process. Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
