Front of House - Servers

We are a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant located in the heart of the downtown core, walking distance from Union Station and a number of the city's major event venues.
We have been in business for over 50 years, and guest satisfaction is our number one priority.

We are looking for hardworking individuals with positive attitudes to add to our team.

Minimum 3 years of comparable serving experience is required.

Summary

As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our patrons. Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will utilize your core skills in food service and handling to take orders, serve food, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Your proficiency in POS systems and time management will aid in efficient order processing and guest interactions. With a focus on hospitality and upselling, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems for processing. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness of dining areas. Handle cash and process payments, ensuring accurate transactions and providing excellent customer service. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales.
