Must be available day shifts: 10:30 am - 2:30pm from Monday to Friday. Please attach your availability in your resume/CV.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations, must be influent in English
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of Asian/ Vietnamese food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus
- Excellent hospitality skills to create a positive dining experience for guests
