About Polpette:

Polpette is an energetic Italian trattoria inspired by regional flavours, pastas, signature meatballs, and comforting classics. We're assembling a team that brings enthusiasm, sincerity, and pride to every guest interaction. As part of THG, you'll be supported by a collaborative culture that encourages creativity, growth, and authenticity.

Role: Server

As a Server at Polpette, you'll be a key part of the guest journey--delivering friendly, knowledgeable service while creating an inviting, memorable atmosphere. From menu guidance to seamless table service, you'll help establish Polpette as a vibrant neighbourhood favourite from the very beginning.

What You Bring
