We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Experience in food service or handling is a plus. Barista experience is an advantage for establishments serving coffee or specialty beverages. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
