We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Duties

Greet guests promptly and provide them with menus while explaining daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service throughout their dining experience. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, following food safety guidelines. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced food service environment. Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Experience in upselling menu items is a plus. A background in hospitality or guest services will enhance your ability to excel in this role.
