Servers

to join our dynamic team!

What you'll do:

Deliver exceptional service:

Take food and drink orders and execute them in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

Product knowledge:

Provide detailed information about our menu offerings, and recommend food and drink options based on guest preferences.

Quality control:

Ensure all food and drinks meet our high-quality standards before serving to guests.

Promotions & upselling:

Communicate current JRG promotions to guests and suggest add-ons to enhance their experience.

Payment handling:

Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Adhere to company standards:

Follow all JRG' Policies and Procedures, including the daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service.

Maintain cleanliness:

Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks to keep the environment inviting and clean.

What we're looking for:

A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Extensive knowledge of food and beverages or a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment. Ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Previous serving experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and dedication to service are most important!

Working Conditions:

Hours and shifts may vary. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
