Server Responsibilities:
The primary role of a Smitty's Server is to provide quality product in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Servers have solid knowledge and familiarity with all Smitty's products, systems and programs, which upholds Smitty's standards and effectively promotes the brand name in every way.
Working with their team towards a great guest experience, every time Connecting with guests, developing relationships and bonds that keeps people wanting to come back! Taking orders & serving food and beverages Using Smitty's systems efficiently and effectively Following all safety & sanitization precautions By connecting with guests, be able to offer items that maximize their experience
