The primary role of a Smitty\xe2\x80\x99s Server is to provide quality product in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Servers have solid knowledge and familiarity with all Smitty\xe2\x80\x99s products, systems and programs, which upholds Smitty\xe2\x80\x99s standards and effectively promotes the brand name in every way.
- Working with their team towards a great guest experience, every time
- Connecting with guests, developing relationships and bonds that keeps people wanting to come back!
- Taking orders & serving food and beverages
- Using Smitty\'s systems efficiently and effectively
- Following all safety & sanitization precautions
- By connecting with guests, be able to offer items that maximize their experience
