Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Accurately enter orders into the POS system, including Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Manage multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive guest services. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately through cashiering duties. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Adhere to all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sanitation standards related to food preparation and serving. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
