Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Ensure all food handling practices meet sanitation standards. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. Check on guests regularly to ensure their needs are met. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and chairs between guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or guest services is preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Strong upselling skills to enhance the dining experience for guests. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
