We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the food industry. This position offers opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry and the chance to develop valuable skills in customer service, food handling, and upselling.

Requirements

Minimum

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest service throughout their dining experience Deliver food, clear plates and reset tables in a timely fashion. Takes reservations and waiting lists, handles phone calls and customer inquiries and assists various restaurant staff when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and preparation Assist with setting up tables, refilling supplies, and resetting stations as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently

Prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced AYCE environment Think critically and solve problems independently when unexpected situations occur Maintain a strong sense of urgency during busy lunch and dinner services Communicate clearly with guests regarding any issues or service needs Demonstrate a genuine desire to provide excellent dining experiences for every guest Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively

Minimum Requirements

Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in English. Ability to understand and follow directions from others. Ability to perform basic math functions. Having Smart Serve certification is a plus
