JOB DESCRIPTION

The responsibilities of the Server can vary from one restaurant to another depending on the experience and responsibilities assigned by the franchisee. What differentiates below: o these two positions is the addition of certain responsibilities which are listed

Verification of cleaning tasks Training of new employees (service, host, and bus boy) Responsible for continued training Detailed knowledge procedures and methods (conformities, systems) Know the server, bus boy and hostess positions well Preparation of various contests Track Suggestive sales and Employee Evaluations. Knowledge of procedures for reductions, discounts and voids on the P.O.S.
