We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their meals in a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are presented correctly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations throughout all aspects of service.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A willingness to learn about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods is highly valued.
