Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our dynamic team at Ricky's All Day Grill in Sechelt. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously. Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with POS systems is an asset. Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting.
