We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of the menu to assist guests in their selections. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
