We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Givex POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while upselling items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Process payments efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, especially in fast paced environment. Familiarity with Givex POS and OpenTable systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
Pay is $17.20 + tips
