Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and assisting with their needs throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to all food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking various responsibilities. Experience with food handling techniques and familiarity with kitchen operations. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Excellent communication skills to help foster teamwork among staff members. A willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a supportive work environment.
