We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Provide detailed menu information to guests, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math for accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of food service operations. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation protocols is essential. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
