Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
