As a Server, you'll be the face of our Smokehouse. Guiding guests through our menu, delivering top-notch service, and keeping the vibe warm, welcoming, and laid-back. We move fast and have fun doing it, so if you thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment, this could be your next home.

Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast portable POS system. Showing up on time, looking sharp, ready to create an experience that no other restaurant in this city can provide, which is your hospitality & our BBQ. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during food preparation and service. Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Full Knowledge of our Food & Beverage Menu within 3 months of hiring. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

4 Years of Serving / Bartending Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. A willingness to help others, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration within the restaurant staff.
