We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience by efficiently managing orders, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of sanitation.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Micros POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a strong background in food service and hospitality. proserve Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
