Position Overview:

We are looking for energetic and reliable servers with a passion for food and craft beer to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Must have 1-2 years of sit down restaurant serving experience.

You'll be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and working closely with our kitchen and bar teams. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner. Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Offer menu recommendations and provide detailed information about our extensive craft beer selection. Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and at the correct temperature. Handle transactions and process payments accurately. Keep dining areas clean, organized, and stocked. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Maintain knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and beer offerings. Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of serving experience in a sit-down restaurant required*.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Interest in learning about craft beer, with a willingness to grow knowledge about our 100+ craft beer options. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods
