Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and taking drink orders. Accurately take food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours. Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Proficiency in using POS systems for order management is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while contributing positively to the overall atmosphere. Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and basic food preparation techniques is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
