As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by ensuring timely service, accurate order taking, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to all food safety regulations. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention during their visit.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
