Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a hospitable atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute significantly to our guests' satisfaction and the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations based on guest preferences. Deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring all items are presented beautifully. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any needs or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and service to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions. Upsell menu items by highlighting daily specials or promoting new dishes to enhance the dining experience. Process payments accurately and efficiently while thanking guests for their visit.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and staff.
