Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of food service operations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Experience in guest services, hospitality, or kitchen roles is a plus.
