Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Server to join our team at the Wildeye Brewing Taproom. As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in until the time they leave. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take drink and food orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with our standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our beer offerings and menu items. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom, including tables, chairs, and serving areas. Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a serving role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills and experience handling cash or credit transactions. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. A passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about our offerings is a plus.
