Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fine dining or casual restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with sanitation standards

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend shifts may be required Experience with food preparation, bussing, host/host duties, or kitchen support is advantageous

Pay: $17.20-$33.12 per hour
