Key Responsibilities

Present food and beverage menu to guests in a timely and professional manner in order to assist them with their meal/drink selection. Ensure that guests' experience is exceptional by providing quality service, anticipating and accommodating their needs as required, and answering their questions with respect to menu items, dietary needs, allergies, etc. Record guests orders and ensure timely delivery to kitchen and bar staff, and subsequently serve orders to guests with professionalism. Ensure that any concerns raised by guests are addressed promptly and professionally, seeking management support as required. Provide bill and collect payment from guests upon completion of their restaurant experience. Provide assistance to colleagues and management as required, including help maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
