We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food and beverage selections.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Follow all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of the food industry and food service operations. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Snappy POS, is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in a kitchen environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
