Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and service stations Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Adhere to food safety standards and regulations throughout service

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments Time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables during busy shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
