Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional wine experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving wine, tours and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take wine orders accurately using the POS system, payment using the machine Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and service Assist with food handling and preparation as needed in collaboration with kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments, other areas at the Winery Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests a lot of hands on roles duties

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service delivery Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Experience with POS systems is an advantage, particularly Micros POS

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
